Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty fee which is 50% of the treatment fee.
To avoid paying this please ensure you keep your appointment time and date. If you do have to re-schedule, please let us know as much in advance as possible and a minimum of 48 hours from booking.
No shows will be subject to whole amount of treatment cost.
