Botox is a highly effective, non-surgical solution for softening the appearance of neck lines. By gently relaxing the underlying muscles responsible for these creases, Botox smooths out the skin and prevents deeper lines from forming. It can also help tighten and lift the neck area for a more refined and youthful profile. A fine needle will be used to inject small amounts of Botulinum Toxin into specific neck muscles, typically into the platysma muscle – either along visible bands or along the jawline for lifting effect. The number of injections needed depends on many factors, including the extent of the area being treated. The treatment will usually take around 15-30 minutes.
